Big Ray's Furniture

I spent over 1500 dollars in thi store and this was the worst service that I have ever recieved in my life. I had to call over and over and over again. To only keep getting the run around. It came to the point that calling over the phone was not enough that I had to go to the location and speak with someone directly, They could not never find my ticket. But yet everytime I got someone on the phone they said they had it. So when the day I did go into the building mind you the day prior I was told all my items was in the store just waiting to be loaded unto the truck. So when I got the location all of my items WAS NOT THERE. I had to wait several weeks for the rest of my items which left me with out a bed and a place to sit. I suggest that you NEVER EVER TAKE YOURSELF . OR EVEN SEND YOUR WORST ENEMY TO THIS LOCATION. I wanted to support a black owned business but with service like there's I will never do it again ! more

Good: Nothing!. Bad: horrible costumer service! I order my couches and my bed and paid in full. My furniture was not delivered on time. I had to keep calling and calling. Then when he delivered it the next day it wasn't even put together. He and his mexcian friend said quote " well you was rushing us" not to mention it was 8 at night. They didnt even have vans. They delivered in old beat up trucks. We argued and I wanted my money back! He said no refunds! I told them them i'll take you to court and they said qoute" so. Improvements: NEW MAGNTMENT! NEW EMPLOYEES!. Other: If you want your furniture delivered when ever they please and bad costumer service. Shop here. But if you are a person that's likes your stuff on time, and likes to be treated with respect. Spend a little extra money and go to a white man... Sincerely A MAD BLACK WOMAN. more

I'm a big guy and need furniture that will be sturdy and accommodate a big man. I prefer shopping at Big Ray's because the furniture there is durable and I was able to find a good selection of pieces that were on a larger scale than most furniture I've seen in the area. They have decent prices and sales people who know what they're doing. more
