Big Rock Tavern

I have lived in Lexington for several years and as everybody knows there is not much going on in this town. I found a new place for fun and it is a lot better than going up to Winston or Greensboro. I really like the Big Rock Tavern! I have been there twice and the food is very tasty, the big screen TV is a pleasure to watch, the crowd seems to be evenly mixed with guys and girls and I had fun both times that I went there. The napkins are deluxe and you will appreciate that if you order the hot wings. The hamburgers are huge and I heard that they are prepared fresh every day (not thawed from frozen meat). I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and asked if they could make it without onions and they said no problem. I love the sweet peppers they use and they give you plenty of cheese also. There are several game machines right at the bar that you can amuse yourself with and they take dollar bills. The men?s room was very clean with self flushing urinals and the paper towels come out with a wave of your hand. I am going back tonight to see what Karaoke Night is all about but I will not sing as I cannot carry a tune without being off key.
