I rarely bother reviewing businesses online, but I’ve had such great customer service from Big O Tires for so many years, I feel it’s the least I can do. I’m completely loyal to the Big O in Madison (because it’s near my house). I take my car there for nearly every service I need, whether it be oil changes, tire repair or rotation, brake inspection, etc. I’ve never felt ripped off, or like they’re trying to sell me a product or service I don’t need. I trust the guys who work in the shop and at the counter to let me know exactly what I need done to my car, and what can wait a few months. I’d definitely recommend Big O to any of my friends. more

Excellent Automotive Service 11/27/2005

Big O is not just a tire store. They also provide a wide variety of automotive services. We've been extremely pleased anytime we've had a car in for service. We have also found them to be very honest. In one instance we took our daughter's car in with what she thought were brake problems. We then left town and they had the car for 5 days. When we went to pick the car up we were told the brakes were fine and there was no charge. Service is friendly with free coffee available while you wait. more
