We have only lived here a year. By luck we found Big O. They have earned a repeat customer who is eager to tell how great their service is. Their customer service is far beyond what I would expect from a chain. Any vehicle repairs are always done quickly and correctly. They don't try to pressure you into buying what you don't need...in fact, they have frequently been beyond honest about what we don't need. They aren't JUST a tire shop. They do oil changes, batteries and much more.
