The customer serivce was terrible. I order a caeser chicken salad. When I received it there was no salad dressing on my salad. So I proceeded to give them a call. They told me they were closed. I understood that but wanted to report they did not put any salad dressing on my salad. Instead of apoligizing they begin to argue with me about what a caesar salad was describing it in details and then they put a woman on who said to me she made my salad and she put the dressing on. I was not going to argue with them for the salad was sitting in front of me dry. The point of this complaint is this , it wasn't the point that they didn't put the dressing on the salad but it was that they were going to argue with me about it,like I was lying.Their customer service was terrible and they left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not pay my money anywhere to take abuse from any franchise company.Word of mouth goes a long way and I'm going to spread the word that they are not a customer friendly and they like to argue with their customers.Thank-you very much.Location: Tarzana,Ca ,date 01/03/12 @ 10:11 pm.
