Incredibly unresponsive, with very little attention paid to the needs of the tenant. For example, I lived there one month and they never even gave me a key to my mail box. I had to ask for it. The laundry room has been out of service for weeks and they never return my calls. The poor lady who lives next to the laundry room gets flooded every time someone does their laundry. She told me that someone at Big Shitty property management admitted to her that it was an ""illegal unit"" and that's why she couldn't get cable, etc. One of the other managers (Iris) assumed that someone used a slug on the laundry machines so she was just going to punish the entire complex by not fixing it. In reality, the coin boxes were full because nobody was maintaining the machines anymore, and they were being jammed. Iris' moronic and willfully incompetent boss, Jose Hernandez, has got to be the most pathetic manager this side of Southeast San Diego. He will never return your calls. The dumpster that was there for the use of the tenants was removed over the summer and they just let the trash pile up before it was finally brought back ""by popular demand"". Plus, I have had to deploy mousetraps because of the vermin that is a side-effect of having such weasels for management. I have now killed several mice, and am going to start looking for a new place when I have time.\r

The owner who rented to me, Bruce Haulley, told me one of his ""unbreakable rules"" was to not disturb other tenants, yet I had to call police on my neighbor three times and kept complaining to Big Sh!tty several times before anything was done about this guy who would disturb my sleep with his nonsense. One day I came home and the hose under the sink was blown off and flooding the apartment. Totally shoddy workmanship. Totally shitty. Big shitty.
Pros: Cheap, undoubtedly
Cons: Not very professional at all
