When I first came to Boston, I was told that the closest you can come to a real New York (Bronx) pizza was at Bianchi's. One taste and I knew this gotta be it. Nice thin crispy crust that drops at the the point. You can smell that perfect flavor of the sauce (gravy) and you can tell they use real scamuzza/ mozzarella because of the way it becomes stringy as you bite away from the slice. Nowdays, I seldom travel to Boston but whenever I do, I have to stop and ""get a Bianchi's"". Getting pizza from a sidewalk window at the beach adds a little nostalgia. By the way FYI, no matter what the Brooklynites say, they couldn't hold a candle to what was once known as a BRONX PIZZA.
Pros: Inexpensive, fast service
Cons: parking, no beer
