Beverly's Pet Ctr

Bought over a hundred dollars worth of fish here, they ALL DIED within 48 hours. They tested my water and found nothing wrong. I dealt with STEVE in the fish dept and JOHAN a manager. These two men were the absolute worst to deal with. Steve had a nasty attitude and was so rude and callous. Ive never been treated like im a bother and problem at Petsmart or Petco. Here i am trying to give them my money and they are arguing and shouting at me. Steve is the old 50+ yr man who looks dirty and unkempt and stinks of ciggarettes. If you are looking for A+ customer service and quality please DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! more

We purchased a supposed Jack Rusell Terrior Pedigree according to Beverly's Pet Ctr in Pembroke Pines (Where there are no pines by the way) We later found paperwork that in small print says she is not a pedigree afterall. We discovered this later and can not do anything about it now. The dog is a nightmare, she bites and has a bad attitude. We were sold a crate made for a 50lb dog and our dog is 9lbs. We DO NOT recommend buying anything from Beverly's as they are the worst. We paid almost $800 for this Jack of all trades dog. (not-pedigree). We have a 2nd dog pure pedigree from the Humane Society and she cost $75. she is a real pedigree and is the best dog we ever had. FYI $75 covered all shots, spaying, chip, tattoo and 10lbs of food.:) more

This is a top notch pet store. My beagle is on a weight management diet and this is the ONLY place I have ever found that offers a wide selection of holistic organic dog food....so many people are unaware that what they are feeding their beloved pets is the culprit to what is making them ill and leading to long term health conditions (yeah, just like human diets our pets' diets need to be addressed). If you are not aware of this, I highly recommend you do your own research or even have a consultation with one of the educated staff members of Beverly's Pet Center. more

We have rabbits, dogs and fish so we visit the pet store often. There is so much to see at this store and so many cute puppies and other furry creatures that I want to take them all home. The prices are good there too. Pros: Excellent variety of stuff, good prices, friendly staff Cons: I spend too much money there more

This place is amazing! I went there for the first time last week and have been back 3 more times. They have everything you need for all your pets. Tons of merchandise and the staff is well knowleged and help full. It is a must see, Plus they even have monkeys there!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: Nice and help full Cons: Only one store, they should open up more more

This morning I went to this store for a collar for my dog. They didn't have the right size. What they did have was a lot of birds with filthy drinking water. These birds had to drink water with feces in it. When I approached the store manager he told me that I didn't know anything about birds and that is what they do. Well... I know enough about birds to know that birds that drink water with feces in it will soon be sick birds. Then they sell them. Pros: the place is clean with a lot of merchandise, but the same as every other pet store has. Cons: Birds had filthy drinking water with feces in it. The manager was snotty about it. more
