this is to inform that Mr. Perez did the maintenance on my house A/C system today. He did all the work in a satisfactory manner and on top took the time to explain in great details of the work performed and what to do to keep it running in good condition. Appreciate his proactiveness and customer orientation. more

I would like to take a minute to let you know the high level of customer service Johnny provides. Johnny came out last year and provided annual maintenance service and had to come back out to install a part. I was so impressed (and thankful) with how Johnny treated me as a customer, that when it was time to have service again I asked that he be assigned to the job. Thank you for acknowledging this request. Johnny represents your company very well. He is very detailed and explains everything he does and when he recommends replacement of parts, he doesn't just tell you a part needs to be replaced, he shows you the readings on the old part and the readings on the new part. I request Johnny be the service technician on all future service calls. more
