patient and very personable 6/22/2011

I called on Friday to make an appoinment to have one of my thermostats looked at and they were able to get someone out the same date which was great as I had no heat upstairs. I would recommend using the technician, Marc Normington, he did a great job, did a thorough job of checking everthing, explained everything so I understood, was patient and very personable. I am now nice and warm again in my home. more

I have been using Beutler to service my Air Conditioning system for the last 10 years. They are prompt, fair, and have an exceptional staff that is friendly and courteous. Last week Vince serviced my system, he was very nice and extremley helpful. These guys have been here since 1946! more

I recently had Jimmy come out and repair my rain gutter. I am a very particular person and he was able to repair my gutter up to my standards. I really appreciate you sending out one of your best technicians –he did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend that you use him in the future with other customers. more

I have been a member of their comfort club for six year, since we bought our house. We get twice a year visits, and they are always very thorough and professional. I especially recommend and technician named Johnny Perez. Having him visit your home is like going to an seminar on your air conditioning system, and he is also a really cool guy. more

Our experience with Beutler has been very positive. We had a new A/C and furnace installed and ducts cleaned. All technicians were courteous and professional and a pleasure to have in the home. We are very satisfied customers! more

Today we had a system rejuvenation redone by technicians Barry and Johnny. This job was initially done on September 28, 2010 but was found to have been accomplished is a less than satisfactory manner. As a result your company has stepped up to re-do the job. I want to express my gratitude to your company for having the integrity to make this job right. The job done by Barry and Johnny appears to bean excellent one. They have taken pains to see that all aspects of the rejuvenation have been accomplished in a workmanlike manner while being considerate of our home and with politeness. I would like to commend Johnny Perez for the excellent service I feel I received for my yearly Beutler Comfort Club maintenance and cost-free repair service. I would like to state that I feel he went above and beyond to do a thorough inspection, repair, and regular maintenance tune-up on my HVAC system. He also offered very good suggestions for Buetler products I will consider using in the future. more

I want to take this moment and thank you once again for you and your team's phenomenal support in working through the financial, technical and bureaucratic challenges that we faced in gaining approval for our vintage oaks solar project from both SMUD and our lender. As you know, it was really getting "touch and go" there for a while, but with the excellent design and engineering support that curt provided, yourself and your company's strong relationship and respected status with SMUD's people and organization, we were able to break the ice for this first of many virtual net metering affordable housing installations. What a rewarding accomplisment for all of us.. We are also extrememly impressed with the rapid and professional deployment of the systems installation. The pace, quality appearance and concern for our tenants are all the best in class. Please pass this letter of appreciation to Curt, Rob, Scott, Craig, Jim and your whole team on behalf of me and the rest of the USA team. Beutler was one of the better one's that we've made 4/20/2011

In addition to the obvious reasons, we chose to go with solar in large part due to the relatively quick return on investment we could expect… We want to work with a company that had been in business for a substantial amount of time and could be expected to continue in that regard... We wanted products used to be a name brand that had proven track record with a large install base... Beutler Corpration provided excellent service and the install was pretty quick and painless. If we had to settle with PG & E today I believe that we would owe them about 40 for our total usage over the past seven months-previously we probaby would have pain out in the neighborhood of $5,000 for that same time frame. Id have to say the decision to go solar with Beutler was on of the better one's that we've made. more
