Stayed one nite, forgot wallet in room. called back 1.5 hrs later, no manager on duty, took 1 hr. for call back that wallet could not be found. I called back 24 hrs later, after no follow up from manager to be told that I must have lost wallet somewhere else. Very poor customer service, no help from anyone in management. do not recomend this hotel to anyone. just a poor job period.
