Best Muffler Shop

I went in to get my exhaust done and after Charlie told me it was going to cost way more than I was originally quoted he said that if I was going to get an attitude with him that I need to take my car somewhere else! If he was one of my employees he would of been fired on the spot! Daniel is the the only reason why I still bring my car to best muffler and he's the only one who I will let touch my car. If you choose to go there do not let Charlie touch your car, period. more

Super job. I was recommended by a friend who said they did great work and he was right. I was told the price which was reasonable and told it would be done in two hours. They called in 1:45 hours and said it was ready. Parts and labor are covered for life. Thanks. more

I took my car into best muffler shop because my muffler was falling apart. I came in thinking it was going to cost hundreds of dollars but Best Muffler did it in only a few minutes and did it for a cheap price. I would refer all my friends to go there. more

I never write reviews but after the experience I had with Best Muffler Shop today, I joined the site just to write this...Pirices: outstanding. Service: outstanding. I called all over town and when everyone else was quoting me thousands of dollars for my Mercedes, Best Muffler did the work for a few hundred and were polite, professional and honest. I would not hesitate for one second to come back for future service and would recommend this team of great guys to everyone! My car is running like it was brand new and I still have a savings account! If you're reading this comment, don't hesitate and think it's too good to be true - make the call or drive down to the shop and see for yourself. Once my car was inspected they told me it would take 30 minutes to get the work done and they were acutally done in 20 minutes...I loved the music in the back and this team worked together professionally. If you're more concerned about espresso's to drink while you wait for your car then this isn't the place for you, but if care about quality, professionalism and honest pricing then by all means get in your car and drive to this shop... more

I had been looking for a shop to do some custom exhaust and suspension work..I spoke with Dan on the phone felt very comfortable with the knowledge he had. The very intricate exhaust work came out amazing, the sound and the appearance was beautiful.. I was so happy with the work I had them do a complete air ride suspension kit on my truck. The customized metal work was excelent and the suspension functions perfectly. I couldnt be more happier with the work. Thanks Dan and thank you Best Muffler.\r more

This place is such a joke. Store is in the ghetto and the work is not that great. They told me an hour and it took 3. I got a smart ass attitude from the front desk kid David. That kid is the most immature little a**hole. Has a cocky attitude and thinks he's somone. What's funny is if you look at a couple comments from DAVID213 that's the kid who works there. I've seen him in that truck. He has to lie about his shop and say he brought in a car and did all the work for 1/10th the price? What a joke. Someone from the own company has the write a fake review to make everything look better than it really is. There prices are decent but can be beaten. Don't give your money to these guys and go somewhere else. more

We called him on Saturday, He told us that they closed at 4pm. We told him we were on our way. Called back at 3pm told him we were on our way, we could not find the place! Called back a few minutes later and he hung up on us! He told us they closed at 3pm I told him that he told me to bring it! We finally got to it at 3:30 pm! He was the ruddiest little prick I have ever seen! Would not help me and there was customer still there and the doors open! He told me that I called him a MF on the phone I told him I did not! But I would write a review. I will also be contacting the state. more

I asked several friends who I should call to have mufflers installed on my pick up. Everyone sad, “Best Mufflers”. I called around just in case and found that some businesses don’t really want to assist. I finally called Best Mufflers and was assisted immediately. I was given a quote by Danny who said to bring it in whenever I was available. Of course I took it in! They installed brand new pipes, catalytic converters, mufflers and chrome tips. Job only took about an hour and the price was pretty fair. My pick up looks and sounds sweet! Thanks all for the recommendation and thank you Best Muffler for great work. more

I took in my 2004 Saturn ION for a OBD2 Catalytic Convertor. The dealership told me $1900 to replace the part, and it would take 2 weeks for the job. I called Performance Muffler, Advanced Muffler, and Jack's Muffler, they all quoted around $1300 for the job and it would take 5 days. Finally I called Best Muffler Shop and they quoted me $320 for parts labor and everything installed and it would only take 2 hours. They had the parts in stock and had the job done in an hour and a half, faster than I expected. Also they scanned my car after the job for FREE and told me what the original problem was. They put a sticker on the back of my car (looks cool) and even gave me a T-Shirt for free! The exhaust workers names are Beto and Dan and the customer service in the front office is David. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! They have great service and have everything in stock! Pros: Friendly employees, great price, fast service more

We called Best Muffler yesterday and was told that we could come down and they would make the piece for my HD's tailpipe. That is would take a couple hours at most. We arrived at 10AM. Was told that it would be no more than 2 hours and that it would depend on how long it took to make the 3 inch piece of metal with 2 holes drilled in it. They would call when they were done. At 2:30, we went back to the shop and low and behold, nothing had been done and he was busy on other vehicles. We waited another hour. We watched Mike work on other vehicles. Suddenly, it was done. It had taken them 15 minutes to make the part. (we watched). Then he charged us 50.00 for this piece. Since it took 15 minutes to make and it is 80.00 an hour charge, that works out to 20.00. Max that this should have cost was 35.00, and considering how long they made us wait (total of 5 hours), there should have been some compensation, or even an apology. There was none. Only go here if you want to be ripped off, unless they only rip off women. Pros: Bad location? Cons: slow, big price more
