Even though the stylists were wonderful and very talented (nails, make-up and hair), the receptionist was incredibly rude. This receptionist was a female and she very rudely informed our bridal party that we could not have a (just one!) mimosa while we had our nails done. I understand company policy and liability and it would have been one thing if she had been polite and apologetic about it, but she was very rude and condescending acting as if we planned to get drunk on the premises. In addition to that I think that she would have wanted to be accomodating as the whole bridal party was there for nails and was coming back the following day for hair and make-up, all in all giving the salon a lot of business. But, her rude attitude carried over to the following day when we arrived for our hair and make-up. At one point when I wanted to fix part of my hair I asked if I could use a curling iron at one of the (empty) hair stations and I was told that if I wanted to fix something that I had to go in the bathroom to do it. I do not recommend this place and certainly will not use them for my bridal party when I get married. You will be treated rudely and will not at all feel pampered when you leave.
Pros: Friendly stylists, nice job on nails, hair
Cons: Rude Receptionist, a little pricey given the fact that they are not accomodating
