Best & Co Salon & Day Spa

I've visited the salon over several occasions and each time had a great experience with brand new hair color and styling, my stylist Stacey H. was always pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable and confident with her suggestions of which color and style would fit me best. First time going from brunette to blonde with highlights was awsome! It came out so natural and healthy looking and still does with the products recommended. She's always up on the latest styles and color techniques, which really helps keep up with the styling industry. My daughter had a bad experience with a home hair coloring experience and she was able to advise her the best way to repair her hair and fixed the color damage with great results! We both have Stacey H. style and color our hair now without a doubt. I would highly recommend visiting Stacey H. at Best and Co.! \r cindy more

WHEN I CAME IN TO GET MY HAIR COLORED,, NOT ONLY DID THE ""STYLIST"" NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, BUT ALL OF THE SUDDEN 3 OTHERS GIRLS HAD TO PUT IN THEIR INPUT AS WELL. tHE STYLIST HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I PAY AN HIGH FEE FOR GETTING MY HAIR CUT COLORED AND STYLED BY ONE OF THE ""STYLIST"". tHE GIRLS REALLY NEED SOME TRAIING AND SOME MANNERS. I recently went to the salon expecting a pleasant day, instead I got a rude receptionist named Stacey that clearly had no idea what she was doing, much less neither did the staff. The parking was unbelievable due to having to drive around several times just to park. I find that the younger girls are rude, I overheard them talking about clients that were getting a pedicures and how discusting their feet were, much less wanting to get them coffee as requested. Clearly these girls need to learn manners. The hair dressers do not know what they are doing and I will never recommend anyone to this so called salon. Clearly some changes need to be made quickly! I went to get my hair cut recently, and I had such a great experience!!! I had been to this salon once last year, and the receptionist was soooooo UNFRIENDLY AND UNHELPFUL and downright RUDE!!!!!!! Their new receptionist Stacy was so personable, she went above and beyond to fit me in their busy schedule to work with my busy schedule! She also recomended a great product that I absolutely LOVE that works great for my hair! THANKS!!! This was a day and night experience for me from last year! I've been to this salon three times because I have been given gift certificates for a massage. All three times I felt like I was in the way. I am a confidant, assertive, career woman and I felt silly! I would never go back, even if I was given another certificate. \r \r And I am not the first person to think this. This place better shape up and give their front desk a few lessons in customer service. A salon (or any other place you go to relax and feel better about yourself) should be hospitable, if nothing else! Pros: Good maseuse Cons: Terrible front desk and support staff more

Even though the stylists were wonderful and very talented (nails, make-up and hair), the receptionist was incredibly rude. This receptionist was a female and she very rudely informed our bridal party that we could not have a (just one!) mimosa while we had our nails done. I understand company policy and liability and it would have been one thing if she had been polite and apologetic about it, but she was very rude and condescending acting as if we planned to get drunk on the premises. In addition to that I think that she would have wanted to be accomodating as the whole bridal party was there for nails and was coming back the following day for hair and make-up, all in all giving the salon a lot of business. But, her rude attitude carried over to the following day when we arrived for our hair and make-up. At one point when I wanted to fix part of my hair I asked if I could use a curling iron at one of the (empty) hair stations and I was told that if I wanted to fix something that I had to go in the bathroom to do it. I do not recommend this place and certainly will not use them for my bridal party when I get married. You will be treated rudely and will not at all feel pampered when you leave. i am new to the area and didn't know where to go. A coworker warned me about here but I thought I would give a try. I liked the add in the phone book. Well if looks were decieving......My stylist was miserable.... the front desk receptionist ( a man) was really strange and spooky, it was just unorganized. I didn't get the cut I wanted or style for that matter. I will be moving on. more
