This is the only Best Buy in Huntsville, and it is super busy during holidays or other big selling times. It is a pretty nice store, and I've found most of the people to be helpf...

Worst

Called for a simple question, waited on the phone for 30 minutes, then the phone rang to connect, didn't pick up, put me on hold, rang again. Eventually had to give up!

Best Buy in Huntsville 4/22/2006

This is the only Best Buy in Huntsville, and it is super busy during holidays or other big selling times. It is a pretty nice store, and I've found most of the people to be helpful when I had a question. I love their interest free financing on the Best Buy credit card, and have taken advantage of these offers several times! I tend to make most of my big electronic purchases here and have always been satisfied. They are also great about price matching to any store, online or otherwise. more

Best Buy is my "hands on" store 4/17/2006

Best Buy is not known for its rock-bottom prices. But I will say that most of the customer service at THIS Best Buy make it an enjoyable place to shop. I say THIS Best Buy, because so many are waaaay under par, and it is refreshing to have some actually knowledgeable staff to help you find things in the store. All in all, the University Best Buy is a great place to come and at least check out what you want to buy, and maybe even make your purchase there. more
