Customer service rep accused me of stealing. Tonight, I bought a set of earphones on clearance (they appeared to be an open box but still had the security device on them; the seal was removed, however). I was excited and opened them as soon as I got to my car. The earphones were missing, so I went back into the store to let the guy at the customer service counter know (literally 3 minutes after paying for them). He basically told me that the whole situation was "fishy", and he wasn't even allowed to do anything, but he would allow me to exchange the purchase. After the accusation, I just wanted my money back. He said he could "meet me half way" with a gift card. I don't even want to make a purchase here after this ordeal. Purchase from Amazon if you can. I know I will.
