took three sales person and a supervisor to find the ebook. then the customer service individual forgot i was a customer, she ran thru the service agreement which i promptly refused because of her attifude. not a friendly atmosphere. i shop there only when i am out of options. more

Good Selection 4/16/2006

Best Buy is a great place to shop if you like electronics. They have every electronic under the sun in here. Stereos, TV's, computers, cell phones, DVD's, CD's, video game systems, and video games. They also sell appliances, and they have a computer repair/upgrade center. They have an install center for car audio/video also. This store is always busy, and the customer service is pretty good. more

If you love electronics, this is the place for you. The staff is friendly and always asking to help you. I usually hang out at the tech support or geek squad area when I have problems with my computer. The guys there are knowledgable and really nice. Just be prepared to wait if there's a line. Busy days are thursday thru saturday. Handicapped accessible. more
