My husband has been a big best buy fan for awhile. I have only been in the store a handful of times and I can say with 100% confidence, a handful of times is a few too many! This store absolutely STINKS! (and I couldn't use the word I wanted to!) If you are forced to use the Geek Squad, may the Lord be with you. The workers are equivalent to second rate young hooligans who are EXTREMELEY rude. The first time I used Geek Squad, the girl told me to throw my computer out! I ended up paying them 60.00 for NOTHING, walking out with a still unfixed computer, ended up figuring out the problem and fixing the problem myself at home! That's even if you can get ANYONE on the phone! Expect HUGE wait time in the store and on your computer fix. I just bought a HP laptop there in hopes of a better experience, the keys are falling out like loose teeth and the girl told me to expect a three week wait for the fix and hung up on me! Google Best Buy and my review will be confirmed by hundreds of others who have walked into the gate of hell buy and had the same type of eye ball poking experience...do yourself a favor and goo somewhere else! Because the these eye opening experiences...my husband is no longer such a big fan as well! NEVER AGAIN! BYE BYE best buy! With all the failed businesses nowadays I would not be at all surprised if they were the next to go if customer service and quality is any indication!
