I've purchased several laptops, video gaming systems and other appliances from this store over the years, and had always gotten great service and decent products until now. A cracked laptop screen, a fraudulent salesman, dozens of emails and phone calls, lies from the store manager and 6 months later this customer is out more than $1000 on a single purchase. I was forced to report the store to the BBB. However, it's Best Buy, the largest electronics dealer in the country... they certainly don't need one individual customer, and the tens of thousands of dollars he's spent in one store over the years. If I ran my business with the sort of ineptitude as this store... I certainly wouldn't be in business as long as I have.
