You guys must not get out much. BestBuy is not a 5-star, "world-class" outfit.\r

1) Product selection isn't that great. In some areas they have good coverage but when I've looked for PDAs, digital cameras, printers, portable GPS devices, in-car DVD plaers, and other types of products I often feel I'm settling on something just because they have it in stock, not because it's exactly what I want.\r

2) Displays are often beat up, products are missing, etc. I was just in there looking for a portable DVD player for the car and there was stuff on display that wasn't available, some of the display units were broken, and some of them weren't hooked up. That's pretty typical for a lot of product categories in the store.\r

3) Employees are completely useless. I've rarely met a BestBuy employee who knew anything about the products in his department, let alone more than me. Seriously, how many times have you had to go over to another customer and correct what the salesman just told them? I find
