My mistake to hire someone based on a referral. This guy is twice as expensive as his competition. He will quote a base price knowing that what he is quoting is NOT a complete survey. Do some homework when looking for a surveryor. He doesnt keep his word regarding his prices and will increase his price for addtional services that the city will require to approve a survey. I had to hire another surveyor to complete what this guy started - his total fees was half the price and did a more complete job.
