I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Vora. She has been my OBGYN since I moved to the A.V. 10 years ago. She delivered my son 4 years ago and I still see her. I have always been treated very nicely by her staff. I see the other reviews and am quite frankly, very surprised. Dr Vora runs a very tight ship. My husband likes to joke that she is like a little general and keeps her staff very well organized and settles for nothing short of perfection. I have heard from the nurses that she is a little tough to work for but she is a very good Dr. with tons of experience and the nurses learn so much from her that it looks great to have worked for her on your resume as a nurse when applying to other OBGYN's. If you are pro-choice and believe that medical professionals should keep politics and religion out of their practice, then do not support this office. They will not give an abortion referral, and make one feel like a criminal for seeking a legal medical procedure. Another doctor in this office botched my friend's episotomy, and refused to correct it when the insurance company would not cover it. In my opinion, they should have fixed their mistake for free if the insurance would not pay for it. more

She hates to answer questions. She's mean. She's not a fan of preventative medicine. more

The absolute rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. AND, she doesn't care that she is. She goes off on tangents that only she understands, and doesn't explain anything... the procedure or the diagnosis. Her cantankerous attitude makes her seem too old to be allowed to work with people. more

There is no positive remarks that can be made about the lack of politeness the staff at this facility offers. We will not recommend or consider utilizing this office for any future clients. more

My regular gyno is Doctor James Gno, and he was suppose to do my diagostic laporoscopy. He was unavailable so I agreed to let Dr. Vora do it. The surgery went fine, but when I came back for my follow up with her 4 weeks later, I told her I was still having problems. She did not go over the details with me, and told me I was fine; quit complaining or I would end up with a hysterectomy! I couldn't believe it. To make matters worse, I now will be seeing a pelvic pain specialist, and they need my records. She DID NOT biopsy what she pulled out, and made NO detailed notes about my surgery!!!!!!! I am SOOOO angry with the lack of care I was in with her!!!!!! more

At first I was pleased the office looked very nice and the wait to be seen was about 30 mins. The girl at the front desk was not helpful and was very rude! She is one of the reasons I will be going to another doctor. Dr. Vora was very sweet but rushed through both of my appointments. A visit with her lasted less than 5 minutes. The second time I had to go for results and she was unaware that I was to be seen therefore not having any of my paperwork. Had to wait longer so they could locate my information. Not very happy with this office. I will be looking for another doctor. more

Dr Vora is by far, the best doctor I have ever had. I was very comfortable with her from my very first appointment. My pregnancy and delivery, while high risk, were handled wonderfully by her and her staff. The sitiation had the potential to be tragic but she was so on top of everything that all turned out well. more

I've seen several OBGYN Doctors nationwide and Dr. Vora is the very best! I had a wonderful pregnancy and delivery thanks to Dr. Vora! She is an asset to the Antelope Valley. more

My son was born with brachial plexus due to Dr Vora's negligence during his birth. She pulled his brachial plexus nerves by pulling his neck during child birth. She seemed almost bothered when the baby was having trouble coming out of the birth canal. When I told her I couldn't push anymore and felt like the baby was stuck she just ignored me. I am a nurse and knew that something was wrong when his heartbeat started slowing down and they put oxygen on me, but she never considered anything I said. more

All the women in my family have been to Dr. Vora for all our female needs Her specialties include obstetrics,infertility, and gynecology. Dr. Vora doesn't have the best bedside manner but she gets to the bottom of your ailments with as much care as if you were a family member. She is very a very popular OBGYN so do call ahead to book an early appointment. more
