When I first walked into the office, I was greeted with a smile from Minnie, she could see that walking with my walker was quite a\r challenge and came around the desk to get me comfortable. I met Dr. B and he assured me first off that he could help me, in fact he said he would go bike riding with me along the beach. I thought he was crazy since I could barely walk. Dr. B wasted no time on educating me on how to achieve optimal health, such as eliminating any all drugs I was taking. I started raw juicing and taking the fish oils and body balance, that's it, and I was shocked that I felt less pain and had more energy then when I took narcotic pain meds. After only four months I was able to walk on my own without any assistance and started to drive a car again which gave me my Independence back. I am completely healed and loving life healthy and renewed. I am going to be getting the hardware taken out of my knee soon and yes!! I am going to go back to Dr. B for a final rehab and bike ride on the beach...\r The most valuable thing I can say about Dr. B is, he is so passionate about educating everyone on how to obtain optimal health. I have been suffering from chronic neck/back pain ever since an accident over a year & a half ago. Every Dr. I have seen since has told me; you'll never play sports again, you will always be in pain, masking the pain w/ meds is how I will have to live the rest of my life, etc/etc!... I refused to accept that as my reality & was fortunate enough to find Dr. Bergman through a friend. I have been going to Dr. Bergman for 2 months now & in that short time, my constant neck pain has vanished, my shooting pain in the lower back/hip area has lessened substantially, AND I have a positive support group within Dr. Bergman's office telling me I can do anything & I will be pain FREE in the very near future! The positive re-enforcement alone has been priceless. I feel like myself again!! I could never thank Dr. Bergman & his office enough for giving me my life back. I highly recommend this office! more

I am always excited to go in for an adjustment at Bergman Family Chiropractics. Not only is everyone who works there nice and knows you by name, but they are all knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I trust in Dr. John Bergman for all kinds of things whether it be what kind of food we should be eating or where is the best place to go sky diving. And to top it off we always leave feeling better then when we walked in and with much more energy. I would recommend it for anyone! more

I've been going here for about 3 weeks and my lower back is feeling so much better! I was in a medium amount of pain from 22 years of sitting at a desk and little exercise. This place is very open and the people there are ally extremely friendly. I couldn't have happened upon a greater find. They are working to actually heal/regrow my compressed disk and I know it is working because I have been completely pain free for over a week and, to me, that is pretty amazing! This place is pretty busy but they are very efficient. I feel they really care about me here and with their special tables and techniques that help to regrow compressed disks I feel truly blessed to have discovered them. They also have great topics of discussion every week on a wide range of other health related topics which is also wonderful so keep you eyes peeled! Well, when I discovered Dr. Bergman, I was in really bad shape. After years of neglect, my nervous system ( especially my neck and lower back) was unhealthy to say the least. I had grade 3 arthritis. I couldn't sit down without experiencing pain in my lower back. My neck was really stiff all the time. I couldn't turn my head very far to the left without pain. I was using pharmaceuticals to mask the pain. Dr. Bergman said, ""come with me if you want to live."" He began by showing me how my body works. He then took x-rays and showed me the subluxations in my spine. It looked really bad. I was very upset, but Dr. Bergman assured me that he could help. Within three months of adjustments, my neck was no longer stiff, and it felt normal - no pain! Within six months of adjustments, I could sit down again - no pain! NO PHARMACEUTICALS. Besides the adjustments, Dr. Bergman also offers health classes. In these classes, he teaches us how the body works, and how to remain healthy in a society that promotes sickness.
