The man who serviced our hot water heater was Sean and not the guy you have pictured. Sean was excellent, he went through a complete explanation as to what he was going to do and he did precisely that. His manner was very warm and friendly. We felt very comfortable around him. more

The technicians arrived within the time frame promised or if delayed I received a phone call. This company communicates with the customer and tries to accommodate them as much as possible. I will definitely use them again. more

Excellent Service Great Job Cameron.. 7/17/2016

I had to get some plumbing service done at our home a few days ago and the service man (Cameron) was not only very professional, knowledgeable and timely might I add but very understanding of our needs and quickly addressed them in a fast efficient manner. I would highly recommend their services to family friends and co-workers. Ben Franklin Is a company I look forward to doing business with from now on. more

Scam 11/19/2015

I see a lot of comments on price gouging. The pilot on my water heater was not staying on. I already trouble shot that myself and I knew it was the thermocouple. I asked them to give me a quote and they refuse to do that. They said they needed diagnose themselves. They charged $60 to diagnose that and then he said it costs $375 to replace that. The part is $7.99 and it takes 1 hour to replace that. There are lots of videos on Youtube on how to do that. I was busy at work so I called another plumber and he charge $150 to replace it. I saw many other reviews similar to mine. You can't trust them. more
