Customer for 30 years and no problems 5/5/2010

I have been a customer at Belvidere Motors for 30 years. My family has purchaed many cars & trucks without any hassle at all. When the vehicles needed to be worked on the service department took very good care of my vehicle and I have not had any problems.I was very upset when Chrysler pulled the franchise from this dealer. Not a positive experience 8/15/2005

I purchased one of my first cars from this dealership. As long as I wasn't by myself, they seemed to be very helpful, but as a woman going in there alone, beware. They made me feel inferior. The car was new, but nothing but problems. They had to repeatedly try and fix the problem, and I ended up having to sell and I went somewhere else for a new car. I wouldn't go to them again. more
