Highly questionable business. My father-in-law purchased hearing aids thru them, with a ""guarantee"" he could return them if he didn't want them within 75 days. Unfortunately, he had a stroke two weeks later, and died the next day. When my mother-in-law tried to return the hearing aids, the salesman, Chris, said she couldn't--Dad was the only one who could return them, according to the contract! My poor mother-in-law didn't know what to do, and was upset enough as it is, and now she had to deal with this? We tried contacting the licensing bureau in charge of these guys, but they were no help. A friend suggested we go back with a video camera and ask them again to take the aids back and refund to us, and they were only willing to do it once they saw the camera. But they still kept $500, which apparently was also part of the contract. Weve got the money back now, but I can't say enough bad things about these people. Theres whats legal, and then theirs whats the right thing to do!
Cons: Doesn't know right from wrong
