BELLINGHAM IVF / DR EMMETT BRANIGAN / KENNETH WALKER / JOLEIGH HAGER have maliciously stolen irreplaceable sperm straws belonging to me, along with the highly valuable Taylor Wharton 14 day dry vapor shipper they arrived in, containing my syringes, adapters, serology paperwork, export documents, prepaid shipping label and confidential personal information. BIVF made no attempt to ever inform me they'd taken possession of my straws on 26 March 2015, against my express wishes. I have made every effort to safely retrieve my straws (and accompanying property) since learning on 29 June 2015, it was in the possession of BIVF, including presenting them with a brand new cryogenic medical grade liquid nitrogen ship / storage tank at my own significant effort and expense, all attempts staunchly refused. Similarly, BIVF refuses to return my serology paperwork, thus no cryogenic storage facility is willing to store these straws on my behalf. What's more, every time sperm straws are shipped, they are exposed to the significant risk of loss or damage, as was tragically the case with all my previous straws delivered. The contents of these sperms straws represents what was to be my future children. A theft of this nature feels on par with kidnapping, ransom and murder, and has been a source of extraordinary ongoing distress. After attempting to ascertain the viability of my sperm straws with substantial opposition, it appears BIVF allowed my sperm straws to expire upon arrival, appropriating the highly valuable Taylor Wharton 14 day dry vapor shipper for their own use, along with my syringes, adapters, serology paperwork, export documents, prepaid shipping label and confidential personal information. In a seeming attempt to destroy evidence of their negligence, BIVF has most recently declared intent to dispose of my sperm straws on 2 January 2016, while emphatically refusing to release my straws to me. more

According to the most recent report by the CDC, Dr. Emmett Branigan and Ken Walker's success rates for live births in women over the age of 37 = 0%. Among those, only one resulted in a pregnancy (miscarriage). In women aged 35-37, only one full term live birth was reported. After losing our life savings to Bellingham IVF, and destroying my wife's health with Dr. Branigan's mandatory drug regimen, we finally conceived on a natural cycle, using the softcup method in the comfort of our own home. We were so impressed with the caring and knowledgeable staff - we are from Canada and after 8 failed attempts we decided to use donor eggs. This was the most stress free IVF experience. Bellingham IVF came recommended to us and we are so happy we went to them. Our first appointment was late October and we were pregnant in February after our first attempt. 8 months along and excited to meet our twin boys! Thanks Doc for the wonderful care and expertise. For those of you willing to put the effort in and pay attention to detail this clinic is for you. As with anything you will need to follow your regimented instructions and put the effort in as well as the team does. We had success on our first go. They also had a professional acupuncturist come in. Forget the iui's as your best chances really are with the ivf. This clinic loves to see families grow and blossom. My husband and I have decided to grow our family. Dr brannigan has been wonderful in helping us decide the best route. Of course we looking for success and did try the iui procedure with no luck. We are both technical people and respect professionalism and expertise which dr brannigan offers. His staff has been a delight to work with even after our millions of emails. I'm currently taking the meds and awaiting retrieval next week. I'm impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate us whenever need be for the retrieval and implant. given his success rate something is working well! They are all about $$$. They don't tailor their protocol to meet your needs. They use the same protocol no matter what the infertility cause is. They will trigger you to early, and transfer embryos not during peak timing, all to meet their schedules. (good luck getting in on the weekend) Super low tech with some of the highest prices around. more
