I purchased a Groupon for two 15-minute 6/8/2012

I purchased a Groupon for two 15-minute seddiond of laser spider vein removal and was thrilled with the results. It was a bit painful, but very effective. All tiny veins on the areas treated were gone after the designated time! The only disappointment was that the 2nd session was spent partly to go over already covered areas and re-do those veins that had not yet completely disappeared, so not all areas that I desired were covered. The staff was professional and knowledgable and gave me precise instructions. I could tell they knew what they were doing. more

Dr. Yvette is a fake doctor 5/6/2012

I got fillers for my cheekbones and Dr. Yvette hit a nerve in my face and I never had pain like that in my life. I still don't have feeling on that side of my cheek and a REAL Board Certified Plastic Surgeon told me that the needle should never have gone there and every Plastic Surgeon knows this. Turns out like others I have been mislead about Dr. Yvette being board certified, but in PEDIATRICS! I guess I know to ask now and I also know to never go back to a fake doctor like Dr. Yvette! more

Dr. David is not a doctor & Dr. Yvette is arrested 4/13/2012

I met Dr. David to have Botox for the first time and I thought it was weird that he couldn't answer some of the questions. So I had Botox to my forehead and a week later my eyebrow dropped on the left side! He told me that there must be something wrong with my face, not his Botox! Turns out after I researched, there is no such Dr. David Singletary listed with Florida board of medicine. Also found out that Dr. Yvette has been arrested. Board certified but not in Plastic Surgery! 4/8/2012

I went to Dr. Yvette to have lipo done on my hips. I ended up with huge bruises and pain like I've never felt. My results turned out lumpy and horrible. I went to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who was shocked at the results and thank God he was able to fix Dr. Yvette's mistakes! I researched more and found that Dr. Yvette is a Pediatrician with no Plastic Surgery training! I feel cheated and mislead and she didn't even say sorry for what she did. Everyone, please research your doctors!! The results could be terrible in the wrong hands. more

Bella Med Spa Dissapointment 11/17/2011

I want to start off saying that I love Dr Suarez! She is so personable. She always made me feel at home. I began going to the spa when she was in a smaller place. Her staff wasn't the most professional but because I liked her I continued on to her new location and even supported her when she had her grand opening at her new location. I first came in on a promotion and decided to have laser hair removal service at full price. They then did a groupon for 6 sessions for $99. and other promotions. When I asked the tech if they could give me some kind of promotion she said it was for new clients only! I had already paid $400. for four sessions. I then decided to call and speak to the Dr. and got her husband instead, what a mistake it was on her part to have her husband talk to clients! He was VERY RUDE! He told me how much the machine cost them and went on to say ""I do not understand what you want me to do for you""! ! And started telling me about other clients who paid full price and was very patronizing to me!! I thanked him for his time and hung knowing that was the end of that loyal relationship! I cannot tell you how he made me feel! Too bad for the doctor to have someone like him on the front line! She might want to rethink that. Needless to say although I felt loyal to Dr Yvette I will never set foot in there again! Good luck to the Dr and I wish her all the success in the world! more

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Suarez! I went to a plastic surgeon in south tampa for a couple dermal fillers and got my cheeks and lips totally messed up! I went to see Dr. Suarez and was floored when I walked in. The most beautiful MedSpa I have ever seen! She looked at me and said dont worry I will fix it. She put me at ease and made me look beautiful. Thank you so much Dr. Suarez. I will never go to another place. They offer so many services and you would be doing yourself a favor and saving a lot of headaches if you try them out. Love you Yvette!!!! more
