The staff has been extremely nice and welcoming. In my first session I wanted a procedure done but the staff knew I would not be satisfied with my results. They we honest with me in saying that that procedure would not give me the result I wanted and that in the end it would be a waste of my money. They offered me a refund or the option to change the area for the procedure. more
