Try to make an appointment and no one answers the phone. Leave a message and no one calls you back. Finally get someone to actually answer the phone, tell them you have a horrible toothache and are told they don't have an appointment until 5 days later. You say fine, because you have no other choice, as this is the dentist you chose for your insurance. The dentist's office calls back to say they had a cancellation and can fit you in today. Great! Things are looking up, right? Nope! Arrive at the office only to find it completely empty. Wait for 45 minutes and still not a soul in sight. You, along with other waiting patients eventually leave. You call the office again after traveling back home and are told the office went out to lunch 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. No apologies, no offer to reschedule and a nasty attitude on the phone. Great Dental Office! Belbar Dental Associates has been my Somerset NJ Dentist for several years. Dr Barrett is very nice and thorough, really explains things well, and highly skilled! The office is clean and modern. The staffs are very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. (The Doctor) / she is really good with kids and my kids love to go to the dentist. I would highly recommend this Practice to anybody who's looking for a skilled and friendly dentist. It's such a pleasure to have Dr. Barrett as my family dentist! more
