I’ve had my car serviced there many times simply because it was the most convenient location for me, and the manager (Steve) really does seem to be a nice guy. However, the work that they performed was spotty at times. On a couple of occasions I discovered that an item that I had asked them to address was never fixed. I also discovered that during one costly repair some parts were not replaced, even though they should have been. Yes, I could have gone to MB and had the job done right and paid though the nose. However, I chose to play a game of chance. Sometimes it worked out other times it did not.
Let's face it, a MB is a very expensive car to maintain, and there are really not many options in the area. So, in a sense they can play this spotty game.
