We recently used Begum Palace to cater a party. We chose it (even though it was far from our house) because the food is good. But the expericence was overshadowed by the management/ownership of the restuarant. They gave us a hard time about faxing us menus, were rude when I called about confirming the order and the pick up of our food. We were to pick it up at noon, but were running a little behind, so as a courtesy, I called to say we would be picking it up about a 1/2 hour later. I was berated for not coming sooner and on top of everything else the payment was demanded in cash at the last minute (even though the resaurant accepts credit cards). So while the food turned out well, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say we will not be using them again.
