We had a poor experience. My husband's father passed away and we contacted Beeco to engrave the stone. The stone was already in the cemetery and just needed to be engraved. We were told 60 days. After 60 days, they had taken the money out of our account but never completed the engraving. When we called to question this we were told that the 60 days is an estimate. Upon complaining the manager Robert Grow hung up on my husband and told my husband we should be gracious for them doing it at all. When my husband called back, the Robert Grow explained that this was not his problem. I am not sure what kind of company this is, and at this point the issue is still unresolved but I wanted to make others aware that I would not recommend this company due to the horrible customer service and inability to meet deadlines.
