Their customer service can be very poor. They do not answer their phones. They let the phone go to a voice recording that tells you they are too busy to take your call,and they will not take a voice message and get back to you. Sometimes they even hang up the phone as soon as they pick it up. \r
I took a chain to them for sharpening which they kept for over five weeks. Every time I went to the store they told me they couldn't get to it that they would call me, which they never did. When I went in after five weeks with no call they told me that sharpening chains was at the very bottom of their list of things to do. Of course they did offer me the ""courtesy"" of selling me a new chain instead. When I told them I was a repeat customer who had bought the saw from them, among other bigger ticket items, this made no difference to them. When I asked for my chains back the man at the counter had no system for knowing where my chain was. It was buried under a pile of chains which would indicate that he had no idea which chains he received first, so there's absolutely no way of telling how long this could have take.
