Lack of Communication 4/28/2011

Bad: Just got back from Becker. Not happy. I have always been told to go to becker with my volvo so I did. Very knowledgeable about the car good conservative people love that but terrible communication. I needed ONE fuel injector was told that they would order it. took my car back to have the work done and was told that the cost would be $295(when they ordered the part) but when I called them back to check on the work I was told that the cost was $545. I was not told about the $250 increase. They told me. more

great fix up 8/21/2005

This place has all sorts of things for volvos! It is where I take my car to get it all fixed up. They have neat stuff that I love to put in my car, and they are not that expensive in my opinion. The service is great, quick and reliable. The workers also are very kind and help me out on what is what too. more

This is the place to go for any and all things Volvo. Becker Automotive is a locally owned and operated, independent volvo repair shop that has been solving problems for decades. Their honesty and dedication make car repair a breeze. They are the most experienced volvo technicians around and don't try to oversell you on things you don't need. They are straight to the point and can fix almost any problem and find almost any part no matter what the model. I have had multiple volvos serviced there and have never heard someone who was unsatisfied with their service. more
