Beauty Pools

We bought a gunite pool from Beauty 5 years ago, and have regretted it ever since. Our pool has developed several deep cracks, and is leaking. We have called numerous times only to be ignored. We have had to hire an attorney who has filed a complaint. We have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I can't believe they have stayed in business with such poor product quality and horrific service. more

Beauty Pools are the best. I just had my second Beauty Pool just installed in my new home. They added a spa & slide to my new custom pool. I was able to sell my other home and the Custom Beauty pool helped. more

We were so excited when the sales man told us we could put an above ground pool in our yard. The sales man said they put in a finished product. We have a pool now but a disaster surrounding it. First of all the installer who is the only people Beauty Pools uses, did the worst job possible. It is obvious they did not know what they were doing. They dug the pool down to deep and we now have a 8 inch drop before you step into the pool and a 2 1/2 gap between the pool and the ground. The installer came late in the afternoon and worked till 11 pm on a Saturday. then came back Sunday late in the day and had to hurry the installation because they were going out of town to install another pool on Monday. the rush job is the reason we have a terrible result. The out side of our pool is all mud, and the dirt is sinking by the day because they did not pack the dirt down. Now we can not get a concrete person to put in a patio surrounding the pool because it was put in to deep and there is no place to end the concrete around the pool because there is a 4 foot drop off. We have called 5 concrete company's and no one can do anything for us. We told Beauty pools this and had them come out to look at the mess and they said there is nothing they can do. More or less they ignore us now. If anyone were to slip getting in to the pool they would slide right under the pool and kill themselves. DO NOT GET YOUR POOL FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISE AND DO A LOUSY JOB AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITH NO HOPE FOR A FINISHED JOB. more
