Summary: HORRIBLE customer service, unprofessional, staff surly and uncooperative, Do Not take a double coated dog here for a grooming.\r

If I could give this No stars, I would, but that is not an option. They shaved (yes, on a long haired dog, 1/2"" counts as a shave) my Samoyed. They did not make clear what they intended to do, they did not ensure the client understood their grooming intentions. My dog is now exposed to a host of complications -- for which they will take no responsibility. The ""manager"" was unwilling, and very likely by company policy, unmotivated to try to salvage some sort of customer relationship by offering a refund. When I voiced my dissatisfaction over the results, mentioned that they should ensure a client understands what the groomer would do, that my explicit instructions when making the appointment were ignored --all the owner would say is that he trusts his employees and they would not make any effort at reparations. Wouldn't give me so much as a $10 refund for the $55 grooming. Penny was only interested in getting the dog in the shop, not in clearly communicating with her customer \r

They are in the business to make money, not to ensure customers are satisfied and to make sure customers understand their grooming services. Just saying ""we did what the customer asked"", does not absolve you from the responsibility to perform a professional grooming within breed limits. I've seen other reviews commenting on their poor customer service, I should have listened.\r
