I made an appointment for a haircut a week ahead of time.\r

When I arrived, 5 minutes early, they said it would just be a few minutes as the stylist was finishing up. 15 minutes later, I went back to see what the holdup was. The stylist was nowhere NEAR finished with the customer she was with - she had just begun curling her hair. The next appointment was already waiting, and halfway into my 30 minute haircut I still hadn't even been called back. Clearly I was not going to get a quality haircut in the short amount of time that might have been left. \r

I left, and I will never return, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid that place like the plague.\r

They also need to improve their sales staff. There were 3 sales girls (none very friendly, all teenyboppers) flitting around, and really one would have been more than plenty. They should take the money and apply it to hiring more hairstylists so that appointments can be kept and customers kept happy.\r

Cons: Inattentive staff, don't keep appointments, no place to sit, waste of my time.
