I have been seeing Dr. McCrory going on 12 years now He has always listened to my problems and gave me the prescriptions I needed. Sometimes he would forget to write something on the prescription I would have to go back and get it corrected. Getting strong pain pills is very hard to do, he can only give a 30 day supply, and when I need a refill I have to make a new appointment. He can not do a refill over the phone. He has always taken care of me. During the 12 years I have been his patient I have never been addicted to any medication. more

In my opinion: Dr. McCrory and his staff were initially friendly enough. However, friendly does not treat one's medical condition. Competent, expert medical treatment does. I was an uninsured, cash paying patient. I had maintenance meds (thyroid, HRT, HBP) I'd been on for years; could only afford WalMart $4 Rx one month at a time. Over a year after being his patient, Dr. would not refill one of my Rx's over the phone, an Rx he miswrote!! Instead, he insisted in my coming in for (paid!) appt. to discuss it. Discuss what! You made a mistake, miswrote my Rx and now refuse to correct it?! In the meantime, I had no more of that medicine. And I could not afford another visit. I pleaded with him to call me. He relayed through his office he would not. During visits, his conversation was evident he had my medical information confused with some other patients. My last visit with him, he had written the WRONG PRESCRIPTION for me. The error was not noticed until it was time to fill the Rx; it was the wrong medicine altogether. It Caused mass confusion and aggravation and when I contacted his office requesting corrected Rx, staff relayed he refused (for a reason that was out of the blue and was never an issue before!). The Rx was for a non-narcotic medication! and yet he refused my requests to contact me immediately, even though I told his staff I was out of the medicine and needed it asap. I was certain he had me confused with yet another patient! He never did call me until after I ended up in the EMERGENCY ROOM for immediate medical treatment due to his CARELESSNESS and NEGLIGENCE. That is my experience with this office. Would I recommend anyone seek medical treatment from Dr. McCrory / Roseville Advanced Medical Group? Never! more

I am amazed at how helpful Doctor McCrory has been to me. I initially came in for ultrasound therapy to my shoulder from an injury. During my visits, I got to know doctor and his staff. During one of our conversations, it was brought to my attention the doctor would be able to help me with some other health issues I have been suffering with. I felt as if I was falling apart until Dr. McCrory introduced me to remedies and procedures that he specializes in. I can't beleive how much more alive I feel. I look forward to my visits at Roseville Advanced Medical Group, and it brightens my spirits to walk into the office of a staff that is devoted to the well-being of their patients. I appreciate my doctor and wish the best for him, his staff, and his beautiful family. There aren't enought stars to rate Dr. McCrory. Pros: 100% communication between patient and staff and doctor. I have been a patient of Dr McCrory's for close to five years and I can honestly say he has literally saved my life. I have gone through chemo for a year and I suffer from a severe chronic neck injury. What makes Dr's office so unique and special is the quality of service rendered not just by Dr McCrory but by his entire staff. Dr McCrory's and his staff pride themselves on attending to each patients specific needs and they all treat you as if you were a member of their own family. The care is in my opinion ""old fashioned"" in that each person is known on first name basis and you're not just a number. Dr. has dedicated his life to better mankind by providing loving caring services to every patient he has. Despite what other Dr offices practice by being in bed with insurance companies, Dr McCrory is there for his patient. He has continued to treat me despite continuous denials from the insurance company because understands the complexity of my injury and that I need treatment. Some insurance companies may not like him because he advocates for the rights of the patient not for the almighty dollar bill. Dr McCrory is in tune with the latest innovations and technologies that promote wellness often not by taking medications but by the use of tools or physical regiments that help you recover and maintain a healthy happy life. May God Himself continue to bless Dr. McCrory and the work he does. I recommend him to anybody that truly needs a Dr that cares about you and your well being. Pros: Your a patient not a number. I really am disatisfied with this place. I think they have way too many clients. I think the desk clerks are fake nice. I think they schedule unnecesary appointments just to make more money. The two fat ones in the front are lazy and so slow. I have to always wait so long. They are not very clean either. I had seen things in the rooms that weren't very sanatary. I was a little bothered by that. It seems like they always try to rush the clients, and it's not quality care if it's rushed. They apear to be nice, but are actually rude when it comes down to it. I made the mistake of choosing them, but oh well, I am stuck with them now. I have a feeling something fishy is going on there, something isn't right. I think they are money hungry. I felt I didn't trust them in the first place to make sure that I was well taken care of, but I went a head any ways. At first I thought, I could get appointments pretty quickly, but I see now that they cram as many people in as they can to make money. See thay are in kahoots with certain attounies to make a lot of money\r in money. I wouldn't recomend this to any one I know. Maybe it would be better if they had better employee's and two or three doctors. I think they are just interested in making money although they claim they are patient. I think I am done with this place, l am finding another clinic. Pros: it doesn't cost money at first Cons: they are unorganized and slow more
