Just not the same 1/10/2012

I was excited to find a new salon in my area but was not to excited about my experience at all. It is a great location but the management there seemed very rude. The man that works the front desk was more interested in decorating the place then getting me set up with a stylist. The people working there must be new and didn't know where anything was, they came off to be very inexperienced. My haircut was not what I explained to stylist but he insisted that he knew what he was doing. Needless to say I won't be going back. more

Fantastic salon! 7/2/2011

I brought my daughter to Beautiful to see if anything could be done to help repair her hair from years of coloring with drugstore hair dyes and was absolutely amazed with the results. Her stylist, Lori, spent the better part of her day on just my daughter. She is awesome! She really listens to what the client wants and makes suggestions when needed. My daughter looked FANTASTIC when Lori was done. We will only use this salon and this stylist from here on and I will recommend Beautiful to anyone looking for superior service and exceptional talent. more
