Bean Sprout Chinese Restaurant

Had lunch with my family today,the food was very good.When we were leaving,we saw three customers(One BK male, BK female and a WT woman) were yelling at the chinese waiter because they didnt want to pay the proper price.They were Loud and VERY RUDE,talking F words ,the chinese waiter was very calm and nice polite.Those people are from Dennys,we can tell from the uniform and name tag.Shame on them.Besides that,it is a good place to eat.The chinese waiter is a true gentlman! more

Worst place I've ever been to! The waiter didn't know anything about the menu so I just ordered what I knew. He brought me california rolls with black avocado in it, it looked like mushrooms. He told me he would make me a new one because those were just sitting in the cooler for a long time!!!! eeewwww! WHO DOES THAT! So we decided to leave and pay for our saki. He said the saki was $17.95 each. On the menu it says $5.95. We asked why he was over charging and he said it was a different brand. So they totally ripped us off. I just wanted to leave so we paid and left. Its the grossest place I've ever been in my life! more

I was skeptical with all the bad reviews but I tried it recently, and it was amazing. I had the house special , and some sushi. I though it was very fresh and tasty. The people who work there are awesome, and I will continue to go there as much as I can afford. Give it chance and you wont regret it. I didn't. PRO: fast delivery, great people,and fresh food CON: if you live far away the food may take a little longer. more

This restaurant practices the worst kind of spam - fliers on my door, and I think they actually used the potted canned meat in the food. I ordered one of the chef's specials and egg rolls to be delivered. When an hour went by and no food, I called. Apparently the delivery driver had locked his keys in the car and the manager made me a fresh order and was sending it out; he apologized. After an hour and a half it arrived. The price was over $15 for one person. No discount for screwing things up. You pay full price for bad service. Well, maybe the food would make up for it. No chance. The egg rolls were smaller than my pinky finger and not at all tasty. It was all AWFUL! The meat was clumped together and pasty. The sauce wasn't spicy (as promised) at all, and fairly tasteless. The sugary red yuck they sent to dip the egg rolls in was like water (you know, like it had been trapped in a car for an hour heating up). Truly vomitous. I tossed it and made hamburger helper, which was 100 times better. No kidding. And the fact that all I had was hamburger helper was the reason I called these spam kings in the first place. I'm easy to please in the food department. This is easily the worst Chinese food I've had in my life. I'd rate it lower if I could. more

We had food delivered which took over an hour. Was the worst Chinese food we've ever had. The vegetables in the fried rice had a seaweed taste. Rice was dry, salty and had no eggs. The beef sticks had zero flavor. The least they could have done was serve food in Chinese containers. Don't fall for the menu left on your door. more

Soup here tastes like dishwater with chicken in it. Management does not do a good job. Will be out of business in less than a year. Ordered to go...one hour later food that was dissapointing with major things ignored, hardened and cold...just like the guy on the phone! Cons: don't waste your good eaned money more

MY BOSS AT WORK ORDERED FOOD FOR OUR SAFETY MEETING AND IT WAS SO DISGUSTING I HAD TO MAKE A REVIEW ON IT, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FOOD THAT DOESNT HAVE FLAVOR OR SALT, AND THE PORTIONS WOULD BARELY FULL MY 4 YEAR YEAR OLDS TUMMY. We placed an order at 830pm and didn't get it until 10pm. The food was cold and didn't get all of our order. This place is the worst place to eat. They didn't even try to make us happy by a discount, just sorry... Don't order from here if you want to eat that night. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

I ordered delivery. one of the dishes was the wring order. I have never had such bad food. The five dishes ordered were inedible. The ingredients could not have been fresh and the seasonings were not authentic. A waste of money. more

haven't eaten there since december of 07 but when I was there for training at ft. Sam I ate there probably once a week. They have the best General tsao's chicken not sure if that's spelled right. I have tried multiple chinese places since I've been home and non come close to bean sprout. Pros: delivers to ft. sam more

I have eaten here twice. The first time I came in I ate at the lunch buffet. It was alright, but nothing was memorable about it. The second time a friend and I got some sushi delivered, and I was impressed! Very affordable, and a large sushi selection. The spicy tuna rolls had a spicy, creamy sauce dabbed on top that I've never had before. Pros: Sushi! Cons: average buffet more
