They are just so wonderful to work with from the office all the way to the movers. Everyone is courteous and well mannered and so professional. We have used Beals for about 15 years. We have moved our personal residence once and business twice. Every time we work with them, we have a pleasant experience so we go back. They do a lot for the community too. They're great to work with, and I don't want to leave. They're also reasonable with their prices. I would give them a 6/5 on everything if I could. more

The right company for any move 8/27/2015

Beals Moving did a fantastic job. The crew had all the equipment and manpower to do the job right. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept to the schedule. They moved heavy objects in tight places. I was wondering what I was going to do with my heavy things and they took care of everything. They were very careful with my belongings and took time to protect them. I recommend Beals Moving because they did an amazing job. more

Professional, efficient, and a great experience 2/26/2015

I had a wonderful experience with Beals Moving. They helped deliver a bed from San Jose to Garden Grove. There was a slight delay, due to a mechanical failure, but they did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process. When they arrived, they set up the bed, adjusted it, and did everything I asked of them. They were friendly, and provided a great service. I would recommend them. more

Outstanding! 2/25/2015

I used Beals Moving when I needed to move and it was great. The workers were efficient, willing, and professional. They wrapped the furniture that I needed to have special care for and, when it came to placing my belongings in my new home, they were really nice about me changing my mind about where I wanted certain things. Most importantly, when it was all over, they came in with a price that was lower than their estimate. more

Beal's goes above and beyond. 10/30/2014

I was thrilled with how Beal's Moving took care of my things. I was raised int he military, and growing up we had various moving companies come and pack. The people at Beal's moving were different in the best way. They were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Kim was a delight and Harry and his wife treated you like family. I had to ask them to hang on to my things because I needed time to get the house in order before they everything was delivered, and they were very understanding and said it was no problem. They had a helper come, and got everything in the house exactly where and when I had asked them to. There was only a fifty dollar difference between the estimate and what the actual price was. I cannot recommend them enough! more

Beal's Moving was right on time. They loaded the furniture very carefully. The workers were very pleasant, very courteous. It was a good experience. The move was difficult for us so it was nice to have someone who were so congenial. more

They Go Above and Beyond 3/7/2014

We moved from southern California to northern California. We were afraid of all the horror stories we had heard about moving. We wanted all of our things to arrive safely to our new home. Beal’s moving had integral pricing and they followed through perfectly. They arrived on time on the moving day (they kept us updated on time, the owner called us personally). When they arrived they had smile on their faces and were very helpful. They helped take everything apart and wrapped everything to keep our furniture from being damaged. They were very hardworking and kept us updated on the time. They arrived at our new home when they said they would. Again they had smiles on their faces and were very helpful. They assembled everything. There was no damage to anything and not one broken item (ofcourse we made sure to pack our breakables well). They are a family oriented business and have THE BEST customer service. They follow through and are integral. I recommend Beal’s moving to everyone. We were very impressed from beginning to end. more

A marvelous moving company you can trust 1/8/2014

I have used Beal's Moving several times, and they are marvelous! They go out of their way to help me. In my older age, I can't do heavy lifting, so they assist me with all of that. I don't have to be afraid of them cheating me. Especially as a woman, I have dealt with other companies that take advantage of my business, but I have been very lucky to have found Beal's Moving. They have very good communication. They are always available when I need them. I would highly recommend them, and I often do whenever I know someone who is in need of moving services. more

Pretty pain-free 10/23/2013

I had to relocate for work at the last minute so I needed someone to work with me in this scramble. I was moving from San Diego to Santa Rosa. Beal's Moving kept up the communication. I had to move my car which they normally wouldn't allow but, for this situation, they worked with me and I really appreciated that. My stuff was safe and secure. When I flew up there (couldn't drive because my older car wouldn't take it), I had my stuff right away. I didn't take long. They moved all my furniture in and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. They're also pretty dead on about arrival times which is helpful when you're working on a schedule. A couple of weeks later, I called to ask if I could get some stuff from San Diego shipped up here. They have routes all up and down California so I just asked if they could ship my stuff up the next time they went through San Diego and they were really flexible with that for me. Lost my things 10/17/2013

I didn't buy extra insurance so I got $60 for over $400 worth of things. Mr. Beal said I couldn't have lost so much stuff because I lived in a small apartment and wouldn't have had room for big box! There are so many other movers in the area, don't use Beal's. more

I came in cold. I didn't know what mover to use and so I looked in a phone book and picked out Beal's Moving. It might have been the color of the ad; I don't know. I went to the internet to check them out and they had such a good website I said, "Anybody with that good a website is worth trying." So that's how I picked them out: on the quality of their website. Every time I called them after that I had a quick response. I had some odd requests to make and they never quibbled at my odd requests. They were pleasant all the time. The quality of the people who came out to do the work was excellent as well. The ones I got the chance to talk to were interesting people. They're hardworking and pleasant. I can't find any fault yet, and I don't expect to. more

Very positive. 5/10/2013

My experience with them was very positive. They helped us move into storage until we find a permanent place to live. They showed up on time and followed through with all of my requests. The people who showed up to do the actual move were terrific. They hustled the entire time and were very accommodating as we were also packing up some last minute items. They packed everything up faster than we had expected them to. more

The most pleasant experience I've ever had with movers. 2/22/2013

My first experience just initially calling Beal's Moving was very positive. Barbara was very easy to talk with about what my needs were. It was a bit of an unusual move, but she was just really helpful and reassured me that they had everything necessary to assist with it. Their communication was really good throughout the process. They checked back with me, and the guys who did the moving kept in touch with me so that I could meet them at the location. They were very good about keeping me posted and very polite. They were thorough in explaining the contract and very attentive to caring about the furnishings. They were also helpful in moving the items that had to be moved to put the new piece of furniture in. more

Great job done respectfully 12/27/2012

Friendly, efficient, respectful and very careful. Moving a 1950's all wood bedroom set with glass contoured tops from the second floor with winding steps was done to perfection. They covered the items carefully and maneuvered them with precision. Very highly recommended. more

I was very impressed. I set it up on the phone, the communication was very clear. The lady was very patient with me, she took lots of notes and got everything ready to do. The guys came and didn't flinch at all when they saw the situation. Being in the country they had to deal with some weird terrain. They were very quick and careful. They were kind and nice through the whole thing, always saying encouraging words. more

GREAT Experience 10/22/2012

We recently purchased a second home and relocated LA because my wife's current employer. After a few Google searches we came across Beal's Moving company. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed by Kimm Howard as she prepared a quote us. After we called a few other places we decided to go with Beal's. Harry and his crew arrived on time and went above and beyond in taking care of moving our stuff carefully and making sure everything was packed and labeled. Our items arrived in LA without any damage or problems and we were amazed by how quickly they were able to unload everything. If we have to move in the future, we will be sure to use Beal's moving again. more
