Location is great. Beach block location and very close to Playland. Has a small outdoor swimming pool. Off street parking for one car. Rooms are comfortable for 2 people. Have microwave and small refrig in room. Noise can be loud at night due to summer apartment rentals across the street. Room cleaning could use some improvement. New management is very customer friendly and will certainly stay there again.
