They make everything from scratch and it's all-natural. A full line bakery with a great cafe menu. Have you ever heard of Fougasse? They make theirs with rosemary. Some people buy two so they can eat it on the ride home. They also bake all of their bread in the morning, not at night, so it is the freshest bread I've ever eaten. The only thing better than the sound of the crust crackeling as it gets put on the shelf is the smell as you walk through the door.
