1. Upon scheduling, he said he'd give us a call to say he was on his way.
2.On the day of the appointment, he actually called to say he was on his way as promised.
3.He was traveling during commute hours, and called in to say he was going to be a bit delayed. Many services don't even care to call in these days to say that they're running late - they just show up late, as if nothing's wrong.
4. He was quite courteous, professional, and upbeat.
