Most caring staff ever. I've tried many grooming facilities and no one can come close to how good these groomers are! Best grooming my poodle has ever received. Cleanest environment I have ever seen. Takes the stress out of leaving your furry kid behind you know the staff will give more then enough care and affection. more

I have used this facility for many years. The staff provide, without exception, a level of care for the animals they care for as if they were members of their own families. You can select from a menu of services more than anywhere I have seen. I am not suggesting bathing etc...everywhere does that, I am referring to personalized contact and pet engagement, such as extended walks, play - personal or in a group setting, as often as desired. When I leave my dog, I know without hesitation she will not be without a great deal of positive human contact and care. They are located across the parking lot from the Veterinarians' office, so if a problem were to arise, care would be immediate. They truly are extended family to our pet, and offer her the same kind of affection and quality care. more

My cockers have been with Tammy when she was at another location. We followed her there because of the love she showed my 'babies.' Rhett was 16, blind and deaf when he passed and even at his age, he was shown all the love they could shower upon him, even his butt rubs which he adored. Shelby, my other cocker boy is now 10 and blind also. He goes for his grooming as he has for years now because of the 'special' groomer he loves. They talk to him to make him more comfortable and never rush him at all. When he is released from his groom, they will walk him out as slowly as he needs to go, and then let him follow my voice alone so he has no confusion. Pros: Love from all more

Bayside Bed and Biscuit recently added All Day Group Play to their services. They have all day group play several days a week now . They added another huge yard with a patio type cover over part of the back, just for daycare. more

A friend recommended this facility since she knew we were very concerned about leaving our girls with someone. A vet clinic was out of the question for us. We checked it out first and was very impressed with the service, friendly staff, loving treatment, accomodations, etc. Our girls didn't try to run back to the front door when we went there for them to stay and seemed happy to be there. We noticed there was a lot of return customers coming in while we were there, a big plus. We were not worried about the girls while we were away and they stayed there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who loves their pet. Pros: Great staff, a vet next door, great facility, nice store too. Cons: Only one thing, they lost our dog bed, but gave us another one to replace it. Not much of a con to me. more

I brought my dog for daycare a few times and love the place. It's so pretty and I love the nautical theme. It's very clean and everyone I met was so nice. My dog was there for daycare and she did very well. I'm not too crazy about their daycare being only a little bit of time here and there, but I was stuck and it helped me out when I needed it. Pros: Very clean, staff is very nice. My dog comes home very happy! Cons: Far from my house, not very convenient. The daycare is too short a time for me. more
