You could not pay me enough to go to this hospital. The doctor's and nurse's that work here are the rudest people I have ever met. You will sit in the emergency room for a minimum of 8 to 10 hours, even if you are dying. I took my daughter here when she cut her eyelid open it took them 7 1/2 hours to get her to the back. Then they gave her stitches with no numbing medication, mind you she was 5. Then when I took her to her doctor to get them removed he was extremely upset at Bayshore because they should have used a sealant instead of stitches because it would have been easier and she would have not felt any pain. more

horrible place 10/23/2005

you could not pay me enough money to go to this hospital. i have been here in the past and my daughter has been recently against my advice. now she says she will never go again. the nurses were rude and if you asked them something it seemed like you were bothering them. it takes forever to get any kind of test run and then to get the results is an act of congress. my family is under instructions no matter what do not take me to this hospital!!!! more

Friendly Caring Staff 9/10/2005

Bayshore has grown in the past thirty-five years.They have attracted a fine staff of doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel. The people in the heart cath lab make not just the patient , but the family very at ease. It is the same for all their ex ray and radiology labs. The admitting staff knows that this is very important to you and that you have a name and a face, you are not just the patient in 3455A. This goes for the cheerfulness of the person who brings you your tray to the smiles on the faces of the cleaning staff. more
