We had previously stayed at this location the week before and my father in law passed on our last day. We had to leave to get home to Florida but came back on Wednesday for the services. They were able to get us into our room at 10 am so we had time to shower and change before the wake. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful stay a little more relaxing. more

This motel was better than I expected. It was clean and comfortable. Some remodeling was going on, but it was not an inconvenience. We had a problem with our sink and toilet, and within minutes it was all fixed. The breakfast room was very nice, and it offered a wide variety of foods. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. more

I love this hotel. It is very clean. There was a good variety of breakfast foods. The front desk was very friendly, helpful, and kind. The tv had a lot of channels to choose from. It was in a great location for all kinds of things, really good fast food places and restaurants. It was close to the expressway. I love the Baymonts, I will be staying in one in ST. Louis this month. more

My husband & I stayed here about a year ago. We thought it was pretty average & a good deal for the price so we decided to stay again when we were in the area. The room we were in this time was renovated & we were very impressed. The new shower was huge. The desks, vanity & TV were all new & very nice. The bed was your standard hotel bed & mattress so nothing special there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would recommend it for a short stay. more

The hotel is undergoing a face lift. I was concerned about any dust causing allergy problems. However the place was very clean and I didn't have the usual allergic reactions I have when staying in hotels. The staff called shortly after checking in to make sure all was well. The breakfast area was well attended by a sweet lady who kept it clean and stocked whenever an item was getting low. An overall good experience. more

We were well taken care of by the staff and when we asked to change rooms b/c the bed was hurting our back, accommodations were made and we moved to another room. Thank you, Candace and staff for always being so agreeable. We look forward to your renovations and know the rooms will look equally as nice as the lobby and breakfast area. more

Despite 150 people checking on at one time (all for my nephew's wedding), the staff was pleasant, courteous, and professional. Always smiling. The rooms and d?cor is dated and they appear to be starting a renovation of some sort. Hotel is located right off the highway and convenient access in and out. more

I've been staying at this Baymont Inn 28 days a year for 14 years. I keep coming back because it's a nice hotel and has a great staff. They have just finished a total renovation of the breakfast area and just about finished with a total renovation and enlargement of the lobby. I have seen many renovations over the years and the management always tries to keep the place looking nice. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. I have used their shuttle to get from Midway Airport and then back to it. The staff is very friendly and have been very helpful the few times I have needed anything. They even make fresh cookies during the week. more

The service was awesome. Amy, who was the receptionist allowed my husband and I to check in early. The hotel is dated yet clean. The room was great for our 2 night stay. We had a toilet issue that was fixed almost immediately. Free breakfast (hot waffles included) was a plus for $80 a night. I would definitely stay here again. more
