Friendly staff makes the difference! 12/30/2010

Dr. Houstin was professional and friendly. He also shows concern and explained to a degree that I could understand. This was one of the most comfortable experiences I have had at a doctors office. Everyone was just so nice. Having a friendly staff makes all the difference. The staff was concerned and I felt the love coming from them. more

Bent over backwards! 12/29/2010

The physician assistant was extremely nice and compassionate. I loved the staff. From the doctors down the entire group was very accommodating. They were helpful and let my primary care doctor know everything so that my entire team was on the same page. I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing pain, to give this place a go. They will bend over backwards to help you feel better. more

Unbelievably Refreshing! 12/17/2010

Kerry and Dr. Hostin are a breath of fresh air. I did not feel invisible and felt like I received personal attention for the first time since I have been diagnosed 22 years ago! I actually felt as if my personal situation was taken into consideration for the first time and treatment was structured accordingly. I felt like a person for the first time rather than a number! more

Courtesy in the Staff 12/9/2010

Michelle was the most helpful person that I have talked to in the 10 years of looking for specialized care. She gave me hope and I know I have found the right place to receive treatment. I do not think I have ever seen a specialist that quickly. Everything was very comfortable. A special thanks to Tammy for making the x-ray experience a pleasant treat. more

Lovely view from waiting room… 8/17/2010

Everyone at the Southwest Scoliosis Institute was very kind, professional and thorough. While waiting in the waiting room, which it was a very short wait, there is a lovely view of the clouds in a blue sky. My main care provider was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the great work, thank you! more

staff made me feel at home 7/8/2010

During my recent visit to the southwest scoliosis institute, my health care provider was extremely friendly and courteous. She very well explained my condition and expressed great concern for my questions and worries. She included me, in every way she could, in the decisions for my treatment as well as provided me information about the medications that I would be taking. I was given instructions for my follow up visit via on line forms and email, which was very convenient. I have to add that the doctors and physician assistants spoke to me using words that I could understand. Overall, I would recommend this doctor to anyone needing a back doctor; this is a very great practice and has exceptional doctors and physicians. more
