Outstanding carpet cleaning service in San Francisco 2/11/2011

After 3 years of letting things go as far as house maintenance goes, I decided it was time to turn things around and get everything in tip-top shape. I searched online for a bit to read reviews and find a good company for the services I needed. After reading many great reviews I chose Bay Area Carpet Cleaning and made an appointment with them. The professional showed up on time two days later. He explained everything to me and gave me the details on my options. I knew due to the size of the job and all things that needed to be done that it would be a pretty penny, yet the technician gave me a coupon to take 15% off, which made me very happy. You just don't find businesses like this these days anymore. Their great services, awesome customer service, and honesty has turned me into one and new loyal customer for Bay Area Carpet Cleaning. Thank you guys! more

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out just how affordable it is to have my carpets cleaned by Bay Area Carpet Cleaning in San Francisco. No just the price but the service was absolutely excellent. My carpets, upholstery and area rugs look new again. Definitely highly recommended! more

Both technicians from Bay Area Carpet Cleaning were extremely polite and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process they were using to clean the air duct system in our house. They made recommendations for a replacement unit on our furnace system that was not working. That was refreshing! Both of these individuals are commended for a job well done. Thank you. more

Great! 12/31/2010

I have been looking everywhere for 1) a good cleaning service and 2) a cleaning service that uses or provides green cleaning products. In Bay Area Carpet Cleaners, I have found both!!!! I was watching Oprah a few weeks ago and she mentioned a certain brand as a great environmentally friendly alternative to all of the usual and harsh chemicals that we use on a daily basis. I couldn't believe it when I called and heard that Bay Area Carpet Cleaners uses these products and for NO ADDITIONAL COST!!!! They are absolutely incredible. They are friendly and accommodating and most importantly, they do an incredible job at cleaning my extremely messy apartment. I have three kids and a dog and by the time they finished, you honestly wouldn't know it. I highly recommend them!!!! more

I had my carpets cleaned this past weekend, and I wanted to express how pleased I was. We purchased a home that was a foreclosure and after the initial walk-through, I thought the carpets were beyond saving. My husband and I called around and asked different cleaning companies for estimates and availability. Bay Area Carpet Cleaning gave us a reasonable quote and a good time to get the work done. They did an amazing job! Now our carpets look terrific. I didn't think such a change could be possible by just simply cleaning it. My husband was very pleased with how nice and professional they were. Prices were great, and we will definitely recommend Bay Area Carpet Cleaning to anyone needing a carpet cleaning. more

Absolutely Satisfied! 12/23/2010

I called Bay Area Carpet Cleaners after my dog got sick all over my carpet and throughout my home. They were able to remove the vomit from my carpets and had it cleaned within no time. I was amazed on how they were able to get all the stains out and having the carpets look like new again. Even after the carpets had dry, and now 2 weeks later, the stains didn't come back. I would definitely recommend Bay Area Carpet Cleaners to anyone in need of getting their carpets cleaned. For sure, I’m going to be a repeat client! more

I had great experience with Bay Area Cleaning Company. They did a great job; the technician was so thorough and cleaned the carpet very fast and professional. It was very inexpensive service. I will be calling them back to do this again and would recommend them to anyone. more

Carpet cleaning service 11/15/2010

I have used Bay Area Carpet Cleaning service a couple of times and they did their best. They repaired and cleaned my carpets and they looked now very clean and beautiful. My expectations were exceeded. I am very happy I chose their service. more
