I have a tendency to over do - work, play, family, etc. Mark listens to what I say, identifies the root of the problem and then works with me to alleviate the pain and repair the damage. I'm finally taking responsibility for my health and am regularly seeing Mark. The benefits include continuous physical [and emotional] improvement, ongoing education on how to live a healthy, active life and new ideas to incorporate into my workout and exercise routines. My days are actually running smoother and Mark is an instrumental part of this positive step.
